• Order Cancellation and Amendments

Before Dispatch: You have the right to cancel or amend your order before it has been dispatched. To do so, please contact us at info@mana-market.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number. If the order hasn’t yet been processed for shipping, we’ll cancel or modify it as requested. After Dispatch: If the order has already been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, once the item arrives, you may initiate a return by following our returns process (see below). 

• Returns Policy (After Dispatch)

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, sealed packaging and in mint condition. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email info@mana-market.co.uk to request a return authorization and instructions. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

• Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. 

• Liability for Delays or Lost Orders

Mana Market is not liable for any supplementary costs incurred by customers due to delays, misrouting, or lost orders caused by postal or courier services. We will assist in locating lost parcels and will replace or refund items confirmed as lost by the carrier. For express or tracked orders, please ensure you retain tracking information and contact us at info@mana-market.co.uk for any issues with delivery.

• Non-Refundable Items

Opened or used products, promotional items, and limited editions may be non-refundable.
